1. Is anyone else loving all of the lists of gift ideas for runners? This year I’ve noticed that there’s a lot more techy things like a sports bra with a built-in heart rate monitor and these sunglasses that change polarization quickly. I honestly don’t need much running gear this winter but I did fall in love with these Nike X-Rated Tights.
2. I haven’t been showing you many of my meals lately because they’ve been so incredibly boring. The only meal I’ve been changing up is breakfast and even still I’m rotating between oatmeal, waffles, cereal, and overnight oats on busy mornings.

Every day this week I’ve had some mix of Thanksgiving leftovers for lunch followed by fruit for a snack and for dinner I’ve been eating salad.

3. Speaking of Thanksgiving, is anyone else having an extremely difficult time getting back into a normal routine? I have been EXHAUSTED this week. I’ve been sleeping like a rock but my 5 am wake-ups are much more difficult than usual, my runs are sub-par (sleep plays a big role in my running), and I’m super lethargic at night. Hopefully, I shake this soon because I don’t like feeling tired all the time or falling asleep on the couch before 9 pm.
