In thinking of New Year’s resolutions for 2013, I decided to focus on fitness goals. I came up with a handul that I’d like to accomplish in the next year.
1. PR in the marathon
2. Foam roll at least 1x, if not 2x, a day
3. Increase my mileage (baseline of 55 miles/week) while also running more slow miles
4. Get back to triathlons and compete in a longer distance tri (olympic or half-Ironman)
5. Run more races (> 10) than I did in 2012
I’m hoping to update this page with my progress as well as add to it as my goals change or grow during the next year. Wish me good luck!
